Played completely dead seriously straight or absolute crack (make me cry or make me laugh...nothing in between).
Like for serious takes I could just totally see this with Miego or Claypollo or Aurametis (...the thirst is real), or hell, take half of your favorite pairing even if they're not actually dead in canon and send the other half on a tragic epic quest to bring them back.

I'm really into couples having conversations that take a lot of thinking while they're having sex, so I'd love to see Miles and Phoenix discussing a case while in bed together.
The sex doesn't have to be in explicit detail, dialogue only would be fine, I just want to see them figuring out how the murder was carried out and who did it while they're getting off with each other. I'm not looking for rivalry here, or a debate over a client's innocence, more working together to get to the answers.
Canon or made-up cases are both fine! If you go the canon route, I'd love to see them using one of Apollo or Athena's cases as a mental exercise, but any case would be good. (Hobo!Phoenix and Edgeworth working on the Kristoph case could be amazing.)
If Narumitsu isn't your thing, I'm partial to Cykesquill or Lana/Mia, but feel free to suggest other couples because I'm generally pretty open.

AU timeline where Matt and Phoenix never meet on a trial. Rather Matt was Phoenix unknown admirer. Matt abducts Phoenix and took him to a desert, where he possesses Phoenix repeatedly and tries to brainwash his captive that he belongs to him. Phoenix tries to resist Matt but he skillfully manipulates Phoenix body. Plot twist: Matt has a twin so it's a handful for poor Phoenix. (bonus point for a resisting and moaning Phoenix).

Post SoJ. Apollo’s finally found some free time to visit his home in America. But Athena learns that he can’t swim and that he was going to drown. Instead of teasing him, however, she drags him to sea and vows to teach him and make him face his fear of entering water before he has to go back.
As the lessons continue, both realize just how much they’ve missed each other, until, finally, they embrace their feelings in a kiss on the water surface

I'd love to see a version of ace attorney where magic is just a TOUCH more common. Like, still rare enough, just... more.
