Vengeance of a Dragon:
Kristoph Gavin is not a stupid man. The moment he realises that Apollo may turn on him, he's swift to poison the young attorney and dispose of him. He's not about to let someone who has the ability to channel Wright's epic court bullshitting skills live on with the knowledge that Kristoph is a killer.
Half a world away, a butterfly flutters up to Nahyuta Sahdmadhi, and he and his father learn that Apollo is dead. The two of them may have been estranged for a while, but that's not going to stop them avenging Apollo so his mitamah can rest peacefully in the Twilight Realm. Also so Dhurke can kick the shit out of whatever bastard killed his boy.
Bonus points if the butterfly carrying Apollo's mitamah follows Nahyuta around, and Nahyuta talks to it.

Post-SOJ, Maya and Phoenix have either developed or realized their feelings for each other.
Maya is asexual spectrum, and isn't comfortable with sexual touches with another person--touching Phoenix or being touched. For most women, it would be awkward to tell their older, experienced lover that they're a 28-year-old virgin and plan to stay that way, but not for Maya.
She's comfortable putting on a show for Phoenix, though. Somehow they get the following idea: she masturbates for him; he watches. (Phoenix touching himself is optional.)
