Apollo is in a relatively new relationship, and his girlfriend is privately hoping that he'll be comfortable with graduating beyond just the odd kiss here or there soon. He doesn't seem to have any problem with physical contact, at least. He never tries to resist a surprise hug or kiss, but asking him to have sex with her isn't exactly something she's quite sure he'll react well to, so she holds off.
One evening, she's expecting Apollo to arrive at her place for a movie night at any minute. She waits, but he doesn't arrive. She starts to worry when he doesn't respond to any texts, either, so she heads out to look for him between her place and the Wright Anything Agency. She knows his route, so it ought to be easy, right?
To her horror, she finds Apollo huddled in the dark in some vacant building's entryway, sweating profusely and shivering. His clothes are torn all over, and she can only frantically ask him what the hell happened.
Apollo panics for a moment when she approaches. No one else is in the immediate area, but it's obvious that he's hiding from someone.
It takes a fair bit of effort to coax the information out of him, but she manages.
Apollo was attacked not long after leaving work. Two women overpowered him and dragged him into an alleyway, after which they both sexually assaulted him.
Dazed, he managed to run away and ended up here, missing his phone.
After bringing him to a hospital and waiting there overnight, she's left with a very tired and uncharacteristically silent Apollo, mumbling a request to be brought home.
Once they arrive at his apartment, she locks the door and sits him down on the couch. She needs to talk with him, however long it might take before he feels comfortable with it. She's not leaving his side until then.
Apollo's recovery takes quite some time. He's in and out of work unpredictably, but his girlfriend refuses to leave him alone unless he specifically requests it.
Somehow, by now her desire to be more intimate with him seems so stupid and selfish. Maybe they'll get there at some point, but for now, she just wants to be there for him.
Ideally, this prompt would see Apollo's recovery through to the end, eventual smut optional.
Options for Apollo's girlfriend are open, though OP's first two choices would be Ema or Athena.
